we collect the following personal data when you use the Tagh Time app:
- Name, Email, and Password — used for account creation, authentication, and communication.
- Work Schedules and Tasks — to help manage your workday and task lists.
- Clock-in, Clock-out, and Break Times — to track working hours and attendance.
- Camera Access — to scan QR codes for attendance (images/videos are never stored).
- Location Data:
- For drivers, location is collected in the background when clocked-in and logged into the app.
- For non-driver employees, location is used in real time to verify presence within designated work boundaries. This data is not stored.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies — to enhance the user experience and personalize content.
We do not collect payment information, device identifiers, health data, or share personal data with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following lawful purposes:
- To create and manage your user account
- To accurately track attendance and working hours
- To improve functionality and user experience in the app
- To ensure employee presence within designated work locations

We may access your LOCATION but only when you are clocked-in in to Tagh Time.
- The Location for the drivers is being tracked in the background only when they are
logged-in to the mobile app and then clocked-in themselves. This location is being stored
but will be never be stored with any third parties
- The Location for the all non-driver employees is being tracked in the background to see if
they are in the working
boundaries if not they are been clocked-out. This location is never been stored or shared
with any third parties.
